The plot is centered on a fish-girl who lives in an aquarium in her father's underwater castle with numerous smaller sisters. When her father takes her and her siblings on an outing in his four-flippered submarine, she is driven by a desire to see even more of the world and swims away. She ends up stranded on the shore of a small fishing town, and is rescued by a boy named Sōsuke. After taking a great liking to her, Sōsuke names her Ponyo and promises to protect her forever. Meanwhile, her father, Fujimoto, is looking for his daughter, upset that she ran away and believes the humans kidnapped her. He calls his wave spirits to return Ponyo to him. Sōsuke is heartbroken by this, and goes home with his mother, Lisa (or "Risa" in some translations), who tries to cheer him up, but to no avail. Ponyo and her father have a confrontation, where Ponyo refuses to let her father call her "Brunhilda". She declares her name to be Ponyo, and voices her desire to become human because she has started to fall in love with Sōsuke. Her father silences her with difficulty and goes to summon Ponyo's mother. Meanwhile, Ponyo, with the help of her sisters, breaks away from her father, and uses his magic to make herself human. This causes an imbalance in the world, which in turn results in a huge storm. Riding on the waves of the storm, Ponyo goes back to visit Sōsuke. Lisa, Sōsuke, and Ponyo stay the night at Sōsuke's house, hoping the storm will be over, whereupon Lisa leaves the house to check up on the residents of the nursing home where she works.

As Allon closes in on Izuru, Yamamoto arrives to fight it.

The 10th season of the Bleach anime series is named Arrancar vs. Shinigami arc. They are based on Tite Kubo's Bleach manga series, and adapt the 32nd through 36th volumes of the manga over 19 episodes. The episodes' plot continues to follow Ichigo Kurosaki's and his friends' battle against the Espada, the strongest members of former Soul Reaper captain Sōsuke Aizen's army, to rescue Orihime Inoue. Episodes 204 and 205 are filler episodes bringing back the Kasumiōji Soul Reapers from Season 9, and features a soccer game. Episode 206 onwards returns to the manga storyline with the flashback arc 'Turn Back The Pendulum'. The last two episodes of the arc are filler, following the events back in Karakura Town after Ichigo and his crew went to Hueco Mundo.

Episode S10E18 (207):
Urahara is appointed Captain of 12th Division at the ceremony attended by all the other captains and then introduces himself to the rest of his squad. His lazy and laid-back manner is quickly and easily apparent, and Vice-Captain Hiyori is the only one that does not take to him, first making a scene when he was trying to load his stuff into his new room, even going so far as to challenge him in a match to see if he really can hold up to his promise of not letting danger befall 12th Division. The squad members are led to believe that their captain was too weak and thus fell easily at Hiyori's attack, but it turns out he managed to easily evade her kick before it hit him, then moved back into place, taking the hit and seemingly not wanting to make Hiyori look embarrassed. Later that night, Shinji and Urahara are sitting outside, and Shinji tells Kisuke that Hiyori loved the previous captain of 12th Division like a mother and that she would be very difficult to replace in her heart. The next day, Hiyori finally sees Urahara's room, and is shocked by how much it has changed since the previous captain was there. Urahara then asks Hiyori if she would like to accompany him to the Maggot's Nest.

迪斯尼公司的「《加勒比海盜》（Pirates of theCaribbean）系列」動作電影總是能創造驚喜，當初恐怕沒有多少人能夠預料到一部根據主題公園遊樂設施海盜船改編而來的電影能夠取得今天的成就，而在2006年夏天《加勒比海盜：亡靈棺》的巨大票房成功則再次向世人證明了其價值所在。大眾對海盜題材作品的喜愛不僅給了迪斯尼連續創造票房奇跡的良機，也為與之相關的遊戲作品打開了市場。作為該系列影片第三部也是最後一部作品的《加勒比海盜：世界盡頭》，即將在2007年5月份與廣大影迷見面，而屆時推出的同名遊戲作品無疑就成為了玩家們關注的重點。

由於《加勒比海盜》的遊戲作品已經沉寂了相當一段時間，因此最新的遊戲版將同時講述《亡靈棺》和《世界盡頭》兩部作品的劇情，而後者的詳情我們目前依然瞭解不多。可以確定的是，玩家在遊戲中可以隨意選擇三個主人公中的任意一個，這就是由約翰尼·德普扮演的傑克船長、由奧蘭多·布魯姆扮演的威爾和由凱拉·奈特莉扮演的伊麗莎白，遊戲版將在忠實原作電影的基礎上，增加部分新故事和事件。

玩家可以操縱傑克、威爾以及其他夥伴與海魔戴維·瓊斯的大批凶殘手下展開一場驚心動魄的混戰。玩家要在兩艘船之間對付大批的敵人，戰鬥場面十分宏大使人應接不暇。在戰鬥的過程中我們注意到，當某個敵人鎖定玩家準備發動攻擊時，腳下會出現一個紅色的圓圈形標記，這時只要看準時機閃避就可以瞬間化解敵人的攻勢同時使對方陷入硬直，接下來就可以任憑我們的連續攻擊宰割了。

【電影劇情】
英國勳爵貝克特准將下令格殺所有海盜，並命令深海閻王緝捕所有在逃的海盜。為對抗貝克特，九名海盜長相約在翻船島召開海盜大會。但身為加勒比海盜長的傑克·史派羅，因失蹤前並無立繼承人，所以必須親自出席會議。於是巴伯沙船長帶領威爾‧杜納、伊莉莎白‧史旺、堤雅女巫和傑克的舊船員等一行人決定前往世界盡頭拯救傑克。但首先，他們要先向新加坡海盜船長嘯風（Sao Feng）船長索取前往世界盡頭的地圖。威爾·杜納試圖偷取地圖，但是失敗被捕，且激怒了嘯風船長。因此，伊莉莎白與巴伯沙到來時，嘯風船長並不同意將地圖交出。此時英國皇家海軍在貝瑞克的指示下前來進攻，在一片混亂中，威爾要求用傑克‧史派羅換取「鬼盜船」，而嘯風恰好想用史派羅與貝瑞克做交易。

一行人經過冰凍之洋，並從導航圖上得知一次綠光表示一個靈魂從死亡世界返回了。之後，他們從一個巨大的瀑布上掉落，進入了深海閻王的魔櫃。傑克在魔櫃里產生了幻覺，而後鬼盜船被一些螃蟹一樣的生物拖回海中，在那裡傑克和他的舊船員重逢了。當他們返回時，他們看到了在水中漂浮的靈魂。達爾瑪女巫說，深海閻王被他所愛的海之女神卡呂普索指定為運載死者到另一個世界的人，這樣他才可以每十年與愛人相逢一次。但是十年到的時候，他的愛人不在那裡，所以憤怒的深海閻王拋棄了他的職責，並將心臟取出，放進聚魂棺，使他自己成為了一個怪物。伊莉莎白隨後看到了她的父親韋瑟比·斯旺總督的靈魂，並得知他已被貝克特謀殺。伊莉莎白許下誓言，要為她的父親報仇。
